ROLEPLAY follows a diverse group of college students who confront rampant sexual violence on their campus through creating an immersive play out of their real-life traumas. Students bravely bring intersectional struggles with racism, homophobia, addiction, and bodily safety to bear as they dive into factors that contribute to rape and toxic culture on their campus. An urgent coming of age story, this film provides a hopeful path forward that I firmly believe will inspire and empower other young artists and activists on campuses across the country.
